Returns & exchanges
Not quite right? We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and has its original tags attached.
How it works
Email us at taher@voxelian.com with your order reference and what you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll get back to you with the next steps.
Shipping
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method, or arrange an exchange if you’d prefer.
