Gully is operated by Voxelian (Pvt) Ltd. This page explains what information we collect when you shop with us, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address, only what’s needed to get your order to you and to keep in touch about it. We don’t require an account to shop with us, so we don’t hold a customer profile beyond your order history.
Your cart
Your cart is stored on our server, referenced by a cookie in your browser, not in your browser’s local storage. This lets your cart survive the trip to our payment provider and back.
Payment
Payment is handled entirely by our payment gateway. We never see or store your card details. The gateway confirms your payment directly to us, and that confirmation is the only thing that ever marks an order as paid.
Where your data lives
Order and contact information is stored in our database with access restricted to our own systems. We don’t sell or share your information with third parties beyond what’s required to deliver your order (our payment provider and courier).
